Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Royal Mail or courier. We endevour to dispatch all orders promptly so your order is delivered as soon as possible. 

FREE Delivery on Orders over £100

Standard delivery is usually 1-2 working days which is free on all orders over £100.00 and available for Mainland UK. Other orders are subject to a £5.95 + vat delivery charge. 

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 1pm (GMT). Orders you place with us late on Friday or over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your UKPsu order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of delivery excluding special order items. Please email or call us requesting a returns authorisation number prior to sending.

Returned items must be unused, in as new condition and include all original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Items must be returned within 14 days of order date. Credit will be issued to your online account. 

Returning Items

Returned items should be securely packaged and sent via a tracked or proof of posting service. Returns will not be accpted without prior authorisation. 

Upon receipt of your return we will inspect the goods to confirm their condition and notify you. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return.
